Watchet Visitor Centre
& Boat Museum

Watchet Visitor Centre was opened in 2016 by Onion Collective, in collaboration with Watchet Town Council who are co-located in the building alongside the Watchet Boat Museum which is run by the Friends of Flatner Association. The museum houses a fascinating collection of Flatner boats, the largest collection in the world, and tells of their important history in Watchet and the surrounding area. The interior of the museum was built collectively by volunteers from the local community. More information about the Visitor Centre can be found on the Love Watchet website.
