We undertake paid consultancy work to help communities build a plan for their hometown and if needed we can support your delivery.  That plan can be tailored to your needs, but often includes a process of asking what is needed, defining shared community priorities and then helping to ensure success whether it is a major capital build or revenue projects.

We are working with Power to Change to develop a new model of community business support, because community businesses have expressed that they would benefit from in-depth support from existing community businesses, like ourselves, with on the-ground experience, who understand how to overcome the real-life challenges that delivering community business requires.
